Von OKL: One of our field agents (Fans) suggested the following rule for Leader games. It is hard to believe this has not been in previous WW2 Air Leader games, but we think it is awesome! Add this rule to your game for those times you really want an Me-262 but cannot afford it!

Priority Pilot Demotion
After you choose your Campaign length, as you choose your Pilots, you can use the Priority Pilot Demotion option. This allows you to immediately Demote one or more of your Pilots to the next lower Rank Level and gain SO points. You can Demote a Pilot more than once. This is the only time you can use the Pilot Demotion option for Pilots.
Pilot Demotion Gains based on Skill and Campaign Length:
Legendary to Veteran = 6/12/18
Veteran to Skilled = 5/10/15
Skilled to Average = 4/8/12
Average to Green = 3/6/9
Green to Newbie = 2/4/6
Example: I choose my Veteran in an Me-262. I am playing a Medium Campaign. I choose to immediately Demote him, which gains me 10 SO.
Example #2: I am playing a linked Campaign. I can demote my Legendary to Veteran and gain 18 SO.
When you Priority Demote a Pilot after choosing him for a particular Skill Level, he counts as a draw for that Skill Level. Example: The Campaign I am playing allows me 1 Veteran. After I choose my Veteran, I wish to Demote him. When I do that, he still counts as a Veteran in the Starting Squadron matrix. You cannot exceed the number of allowed Skill Levels before Demotion.

Now that the squadrons are preparing to take the air, I want to point out one or two things….
The SC-250 bomb. You will have one counter that says 2WP and one that says 1WP. The 1 is correct. I caught it too late to repair, so we printed more with the correct WP. You may choose to use all of them, (for those big raids) or discard the 2’s. They are only 1WP.
Second item… the idea of a Seegert pilot was given to me too late to add the cards and just barely in time to print a counter!! I will upload the files so that you may print them, if you wish. Files will be uploaded to the FaceBook group and on BGG.
Sorry for the confusion. I would say the person at fault was fired, but it was me, soooooo
